1. Halle Berry... She's been around a while, sure, but who cares. She still smokes them all.
2. Ciara... The worlds next biggest start
3. Shakira... Is she multiracial? The hair says yes, but who cares if she isn't. Too hot to not be on our list.
4. Christina Milian... So young, but damn... incredible.
5. Kelly Hu... I never noticed The Rock was in "The Scorpion KIng"... I thought Kelly was the star.
5. Alicia Keys... And she can act too!
6. Carmen Electra... Her days with Dennis Rodman make her an honorary Black woman.
7. Paula Abdul... You can't kick her to the curb yet, especially if you need some presciption meds.
8. Halle Berry... Yes, again, she gets two spots.
9. Vanessa Williams... She gets sexier with age... And w/ the P.House photo shoot under her belt = experience!
